The main objective of this research paper is to generate information in terms of meaning and significance of instructional strategies. In educational institutions of all levels, members are required to carry out tasks and activities that would be facilitating in promoting enrichment of instructional strategies. These are the key in leading to up-gradation of the overall system of education. In the present existence, with advancements taking place and with the advent of modernization and globalization, it is necessary to utilize various types of modern, scientific and innovative methods and materials. These are regarded as vital to carry out all tasks and activities in a well-organized manner. All the members of the educational institutions, i.e. educators, students and other staff members need to be well-versed in terms of educational goals. When they will be well-versed in terms of ways to achieve educational goals, they will render an important contribution in promoting enrichment of different types of instructional strategies. This will be facilitating in the implementation of instructional strategies in an adequate manner. Therefore, it is understood on comprehensive basis that promoting enrichment of instructional strategies is facilitating in up-grading overall system of education. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, objectives of instructional strategies, factors taken into account in the implementation of instructional strategies, measures to be implemented in promoting enrichment of instructional strategies and utilization of technology in promoting enrichment of instructional strategies.
