Abstract

When it comes to the modern financial system, derivatives are a must-have. Over the last several decades, the role of derivatives markets in the financial industry has grown substantially. markets. Shares, stock market indices, interest rates, commodities, and currencies are all examples of underlying assets that may be used to calculate the value of derivative contracts. The establishment of qualitative models of development and the financial market is being prompted by the emergence of a new, more mobile legal environment and the transformational structures of investors. Secondary data gathered from a wide range of online sources serve as the primary foundation for this investigation. Prices for the S&P CNX Nifty index as of market close were obtained from the NSE's website.
