Abstract
This study explores the application of artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to assess the quality indicators of university systems in Iraqi higher education institutions. It aims to investigate the extent to which AI can enhance the quality of academic and non-academic services provided to students, based on their perceptions. The descriptive-analytical methodology was adopted, with a sample consisting of 25 students from the College of Economic Sciences at Al-Karkh University.
