Administrative Performance Development Strategies and Their Role in Improving the Efficiency of Higher Education: Al-Karkh University of Science as a Model

Abstract
This study aims to explore the administrative strategies followed at Al-Karkh University of Science and evaluate their effectiveness in improving academic performance. And to analyze the impact of these strategies on the quality of education and its outcomes, especially in light of the rapid changes in labor market requirements. And to identify the obstacles facing the implementation of these strategies and propose practical solutions to overcome them. The descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire method were used, and the study community consisted of all faculty members and employees at Al-Karkh University of Science as a model of those holding doctorate, master's and bachelor's degrees. The study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which is that the administrative strategies followed in developing administrative performance at Al-Karkh University of Science came at a high level, and there is a high impact of the strategies on the quality of education - and its outcomes, especially in light of the rapid changes in labor market requirements, and the study individuals agree to a high degree about the obstacles facing the implementation of these strategies, and how they can be overcome, and about measuring the impact of administrative performance development strategies on the level of higher education efficiency.
