Abstract

This theoretical review of the subject of servant leadership aims to explore the most prominent literature that has been addressed about this form of leadership, and trying to identify the concept, importance and dimensions of servant leadership and its importance for organizations, This review agues identifying the most prominent features of the servant leader and how the personal characteristics of the leader play their role in shaping the attributes and behaviors of the servant leader.
