Abstract

The effectiveness of teaching is determined by the classroom behavior of the teacher, the characteristics of his general human personality undoubtedly affect his professional success or failure. But the main effect in this is that what activities does he do in the class? What does he say? How he does? With the help of which objects or materials or how orally does he communicate the text material to his students? The effectiveness of teaching and the depth of learning depend on its preparation. Training is necessary for every teacher. Trained teachers prove to be more effective than untrained teachers. Effective transmission of information to students depends on a number of skills such as questioning, clarification, demonstration and interpretation. Communication skills are required for the organization of subject matter and their logical sequential presentation.
